Collectors' Board Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Collectors' Board (the "Program") is run by NANIMERICA INC. ("NANIMERICA", "we"), 18 King St E, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. Program period

The 2026 season runs from January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM to December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Season").

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who have reached the age of majority where they live at the time of entry, in countries NANIMERICA ships to, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors and owners of NANIMERICA, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. One person may hold only one position on the board and one entry in the random draw.

4. Points and the board

• You earn 1 point for every US$1 you spend with NANIMERICA during the Season, online or in person, based on the value of your orders after discounts, refunds and returns. Shipping, taxes and duties do not count.
• Orders placed in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the rate applied to the order on the day of purchase.
• Points from orders still inside the 30-day return window may change if the order is refunded or returned.
• Orders placed under different emails or accounts by the same person may be combined on request. Orders placed on behalf of someone else count toward the buyer.
• The board shows the top 100 by points and is refreshed periodically during the Season. The board is for information; the final standings are confirmed after the return window for the last Season orders closes (on or about January 30, 2027).
• Ties are broken in favour of the collector who reached the tied total first.

5. How winners are decided

1. Top 10. The 10 collectors with the most points in the confirmed final standings each win one design seat.
2. Random draw. Two more design seats are awarded by random draw. The draw pool is every collector ranked 11 to 100 in the confirmed final standings, plus every valid free mail-in entry received under section 6. Each person in the pool has exactly one entry and the same chance of being drawn. Collectors in the top 10 are not in the draw.

The random draw will take place on or about February 5, 2027 in Toronto, Ontario, using a random number generator. It will be recorded. Odds of winning the draw depend on the number of eligible entries in the pool.

6. Free entry by mail (no purchase necessary)

To enter the random draw without a purchase, hand-write a letter on a plain sheet of paper that includes:

• The words "Collectors' Board 2026 Random Draw"
• Your full name
• Your full mailing address, including country
• Your email address and phone number
• Your date of birth
• The statement "I have read and agree to the Official Rules," followed by your signature and the date

Entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 22, 2027. Limit one mail-in entry per person, and one entry per envelope. Entries must be hand-written; photocopied, printed or mechanically reproduced entries, and entries sent by email or social media, are not accepted. A person who is already ranked 11 to 100 may send a mail-in entry but still has only one entry in the draw. NANIMERICA is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

7. The prize

Each of the 12 winners receives their own design seat: the chance to co-design their own unique, one-of-one piece with NANIMERICA's lead designer, sculpted in .925 sterling silver and finished in a precious metal of the winner's choice from the options NANIMERICA offers. Every winner's piece is a separate, individual design made only for that winner; winners do not share a design or a piece. The finished piece is the winner's to keep at no cost, including shipping to the winner.

• Design sessions take place remotely. The winner works with our lead designer on the concept; NANIMERICA has final say on what can be made, including size, weight, materials and any design that would infringe someone else's rights.
• Approximate retail value of each prize: US$[ARV]. Actual value may vary.
• NANIMERICA will make only one of the finished design and will not sell it. NANIMERICA owns the design and may show photos or video of the finished piece and the design process, identifying the winner only by collector code or chosen username unless the winner agrees otherwise.
• No cash alternative, substitution or transfer, except that NANIMERICA may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Any taxes, duties or fees on the prize are the winner's responsibility where required by law.
• Production begins after the design is approved and may take several months.

8. Winner notification and confirmation

Winners will be contacted by email (or by mail for mail-in entrants) within 14 days after the final standings are confirmed or the draw is held. To claim the prize, a potential winner must reply within 14 days of the notice. Before being confirmed, a potential winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer, without help, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. Potential winners may be asked to sign a declaration confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules and a release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is not eligible or does not meet these rules, the seat is forfeited: a top-10 seat passes to the next-ranked eligible collector, and a draw seat is re-drawn from the remaining pool.

9. Collector codes and privacy

Names are not shown on the board. Each collector is shown by a code: first initial, last letter of surname, last two digits of the postal or ZIP code, and country. To show a username instead, or to be left off the public board, email support@nanimerica.com. Leaving the public board does not affect your points or eligibility. Personal information is used only to run the Program and contact winners, in line with NANIMERICA's privacy policy.

10. General

• NANIMERICA may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Program, places orders to be returned to inflate points, or breaks these rules.
• NANIMERICA may cancel, suspend or change the Program if something outside its reasonable control affects it, subject to applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page.
• To the extent permitted by law, NANIMERICA is not responsible for technical errors, or for any loss or injury arising from taking part in the Program or accepting or using a prize.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Decisions of NANIMERICA on all matters relating to the Program are final.
• If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. If these rules and any other description of the Program differ, these rules apply.

11. Winners

Winners' collector codes will be posted on the Collectors' Board page after they are confirmed.
