Refund Policy

 

For purchases made between November 1 and November 30, you qualify for an extended 60 day return and exchange window. All eligible holiday returns must be mailed within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.

 

For purchases made outside of this period, the standard 30 day return window applies.

 

Purchases are eligible for refunds if the conditions below are met:

  • All returns must be mailed within the applicable return window
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including the ring or jewelry box
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered and free from scratches or residue
  • Customers must use a tracked shipping method for returning the item
  • Customers are responsible for return postage

 

NANIMERICA is not responsible for lost return parcels. NANIMERICA reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these conditions.

 

Please email support@nanimerica.com for all refund inquiries. Include your order number in the subject line. A representative will respond within 48 hours.

 

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Sales, Discounts and Price Match

 

  • We do not offer price matching before, during or after any sale
  • We do not offer refunds or adjustments for price differences if a customer is unhappy with the price they paid before or after a sale


Returns Due to Address Error or Disposed Parcels

 

If your order is returned due to an address error (missing unit number, incorrect street number, postal code error and similar issues), you will be responsible for the return fee and the reshipping fee.

 

If the parcel is not returned to us by the shipping company, we reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement.



Order Changes

 

We cannot accept order changes or modifications once an order has been placed. Orders begin processing immediately in order to meet shipping timelines.

 

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.



Order Cancellations

 

Orders are processed immediately after purchase. We are not able to cancel orders before shipment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this notice.

 

If you choose to return the order after receiving it, you will be responsible for returning all products in their original condition.



Damaged Product

 

If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A clear image of the damaged product is required for us to process your claim. Without an image, we cannot proceed.

 

NANIMERICA does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental dropping, improper care or cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.

 

We will evaluate your claim and respond within 48 business hours. All claims are reviewed at the discretion of NANIMERICA.



Missing Product

 

If your order arrives with missing item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A photo or copy of the packing slip must be provided in order to process a refund or send the missing items.

 

Please review your shipping confirmation email, as some orders may ship in multiple packages.



Delivered but Not Received

 

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, NANIMERICA is not responsible for replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for stolen or misplaced packages.
