Shipping times begin once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 72 hours after your order is processed for your tracking number to be issued. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. Higher volumes during peak periods may require additional time. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability.
NO TARIFFS, DUTIES, OR ADDED COSTS
NANIMERICA covers all required customs duties and import fees for international orders. You will never be charged unexpected fees upon delivery.
P. O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
DHL Express cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes or military addresses. If your address falls under one of these categories, please select Standard Shipping at checkout.
CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS
International shipments may be subject to routine customs inspections. These inspections can add additional transit time that is outside of our control.
HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING
During November and December, processing and delivery times may be longer due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURN TO SENDER
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.

All orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging that is specifically designed to safeguard jewelry items during transit and help prevent damage.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please confirm that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NANIMERICA is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us at support@nanimerica.com and we will assist you. Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.
