If all tracking links indicate delivery and you are still missing items, you can contact our support team at support@nanimerica.com and a representative will happily assist you within 48 hours.

For purchases made between November 1 and November 30, you qualify for an extended 60 day return and exchange window. All eligible holiday returns must be mailed within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.
For purchases made outside of this period, the standard 30 day return window applies.
Purchases are eligible for refunds if the conditions below are met:
- All returns must be mailed within the applicable return window
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including the ring or jewelry box
- Items must be unworn, unaltered and free from scratches or residue
- Customers must use a tracked shipping method for returning the item
- Customers are responsible for return postage
