Ring Size Guide
MEASURING TIPS
-
Ensure that your finger is at a normal body temperature - fingers can expand or shrink when hot or cold. We recommend to measure in the morning when your body is cool as swelling won’t affect the measurement.
-
A wider band means a tighter fit. Consider having some wiggle room since our bands are thicker.
-
If you are in-between sizes, order the larger size. If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, measure both and choose a size in between both measurements. You want the ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose where it shifts around.

MEASURE A RING
(Measuring Internal Diameter)

- Find a ring that fits the desired finger perfectly.
- Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
- Use our chart shown above to determine your ring size.
MEASURE YOUR FINGER
(Measuring Circumference)
- Cut a piece of string or strip of paper at least 3” (75mm) long.
- Wrap snugly around your finger at the base of knuckle where you’d like your ring to be.
- Mark the spot where string/paper meets and measure with a ruler (mm).
- Use our chart shown above to determine your ring size.
