Lifetime Warranty

NAnimerica's lifetime warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below

Warranty Coverage

NAnimerica warrants all Gold Plated, Tungsten and Titanium products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the customer.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by:

  • excessive wear
  • lack of care

During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by NAnimerica to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product. Return postage and costs are the responsibility of the customer.

NAnimerica will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either

  • repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced

NAnimerica shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to NAnimerica. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to gold plated, tungsten and titanium jewelry products manufactured by NAnimerica. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by

  • accident
  • abuse
  • misuse
  • misapplication

Do not expose your NAnimerica products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to

  • liquid silver polish
  • pools
  • hot tubs
  • salt water
  • spas

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANIMERICA INC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF NANIMERICA INC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NANIMERICA INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO NANIMERICA INC RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not affect such rights.
