1. How to Measure Your Ring Size
Option A: Using a Ring You Already Own
1. Select a ring that fits the exact finger you want to size.
2. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters using a ruler or caliper.
3. Match the measurement to the chart below.
Option B: Using a Paper Strip
1. Cut a thin strip of paper about 5 mm wide.
2. Wrap it snugly around your finger.
3. Mark where the strip overlaps.
4. Measure the length in millimeters which is your circumference.
5. Match it to the chart below.
Tips for Best Accuracy
• Measure at the end of the day for the most accurate fit.
• Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
• If you fall between sizes choose the larger size.
